I started yoga to become more flexibel, but I found out it is so much more...

ASHTANGA YOGA

This traditional form of yoga has always the same postures, so that when you know this sequence you no longer have to pay attention to what you should do and really go inside. With its magic combination of Breath, Dhristi (gaze) and asana (posture), you will get the most out of your yoga.

Full primary series is the whole ashtanga vinyasa serie with duration of 120 min. Led classes can be 60 or 90 minutes. When you are ready to do the practice on your own, you can come to mysore class. You do your practice and I will help you when you need it.

 

CLASS CONSISTS OF:
• Opening mantra

• Sun salutation A & B

• Standing postures

• Sitting postures

• Closing sequence

• Closing mantra
• Savasana (resting pose)

 

DURATION:

Full primary series: 120 min. Led Class: 60 or 90 min. Mysore Class: as long as where you are in your practice.

 

 

POWER YOGA

Power Yoga is much like Ashtanga Yoga only no traditions, no mantra's (only OM at beginning and end), and each class is a bit different but always with power poses to develop your core. 

 

CLASS CONSISTS OF:
• Opening class

• Sun salutation - variation

• Standing postures - variations

• Sitting postures - variations

• Savasana (resting pose)

• Closing class

 

DURATION:

60 or 90 min.

 

HATHA YOGA

Hatha Yoga, the origin of all yoga forms. In Hatha class the pase is a bit slower than Ashtanga and Power yoga. Classes are different each time, suited to what you need.

 

CLASS CONSISTS OF:

• Opening class

• Warming up poses

• Standing postures - variations

• Sitting postures - variations

• Savasana (resting pose)

• Closing class

 

DURATION:

60 min.

 

EASYFLOW YOGA

In a Easyflow Yoga class you will stay longer in the pose than the styles of yoga showed above. Your body wil softly float into different postures like a flow. With these mindfull postures you can reboost yourself.

 

CLASS CONSISTS OF:
• Opening class

• Soothing postures

• Savasana (resting pose)

• Closing class
